      哥伦比亚拥有丰富的铝矾土、金、银、镍、铀、铁、煤炭、宝石等矿产资源,顶级祖母绿曾是其代名词。其中部地区位于环太平洋安第斯成矿带上,具有斑岩铜矿、斑岩铜金矿、热液型金银矿、氧化铁型(IOCG)铁铜矿的有利成矿条件,且大多开发利用程度较低,具有良好的找矿前景。文章在分析哥伦比亚地质矿产等特征的基础上,划分了成矿区带,总结了区域矿产成矿规律,并进行了找矿远景区划与分析,建议我国在合作开发时,采用产业换资源、投资换资源的投资方式,采取少参股多包销的股权合资合作模式,尽力争取与当地有较大影响力的企业建立战略合作联盟,开展合作。

英文摘要:

      There are rich mineral resources such as gold, silver, nickel, uranium, iron, coal, bauxite and gem stones in Colombia. The central part is located in the andean metallogenic belt of the pacific rim region, therefore, there are favorable metallogenic conditions for porphyry copper, porphyry copper-gold, epithermal gold and silver deposit and iron oxide type Fe-Cu deposit (IOCG), however, in general, the exploration and exploitation is relatively low, therefore, there is great potential for finding mineral resources. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of geology and mineral resources of Colombia, the author divided metallogenic belts, summed up the regional metallogenic regularities and conducted prospecting classification and prospecting analysis. Finally the author proposed that the equity joint venture model is good choice for Chinese's companies and enterprises who want to invest in the cooperation of exploration and resource development in Colombia, and had better select the local famous enterprise to establish the strategical alliance to avoid the investment risk, so as to achieve the goal of exchanging the industry and investment into resources.
