      埃塞俄比亚特拉喀密提铜多金属矿区位于阿拉伯—努比亚地块内增生岛弧的北东向缝合带中。该区的铜多金属矿床类型属于块状硫化物型(VMS),主要分布于流纹质变质火山岩与基性、中基性火山岩接触带部位。区内块状硫化物矿(化)体具有低阻、高极化特征。文章介绍了双频激电法在该区铜多金属矿勘探中的具体应用,并取得了明显的地质找矿效果。
英文摘要:
      The Ethiopian copper poly-metallic deposit exploration project is located in the northeastern structure zone which existed in the hyperplasia island arc of Arabia-Nubia block. The deposit type in the area is mainly VMS type copper deposit, the orebody occurs in the transitional layer between metamorphosed rhyolite and intermediate basic-basic volcanic rock. The geophysical characters of the VMS copper ore are with high IP and low resistivity. The article introduced the application of the dual-frequency induced polarization method in the exploration of the copper poly-metallic deposit in Ethiopia.
