      牛苦头铅锌矿床位于青海祁漫塔格地区中西部,矿体主要呈似层状、透镜状产于花岗质岩石与奥陶系—志留系滩间山群和石炭系缔敖苏组大理岩的接触带上。随着近年来对牛苦头铅锌矿床M1矿段的持续开采,该矿段资源储备已逐渐出现匮乏,在M1矿段深边部取得找矿进展为该矿床下一步工作要点。为了寻找有效的地球化学找矿标志,本文通过对牛苦头铅锌矿床成矿地质背景分析及钻孔资料的搜集,提取了M1矿段17条勘探线154处钻孔的含矿品位、钻孔矿体厚度和钻孔矿化强度等相关数据信息,并利用Surfer软件形成了厚度、元素矿化强度等值线图。根据矿床深部的地球化学特征,预测在M1矿段北西向存在深边部找矿前景。通过该矿段地质特征,结合本次地球化学成矿预测布设多处验证钻孔,取得了较好的找矿效果,有效揭示了矿体延伸情况。该找矿方法对牛苦头铅锌矿床深边部找矿勘查具有一定指导的意义。

      Niukutou ore deposit is located in the central and western Qimantag area, Qinghai Province. The ore body is mainly layered and lenticular in the contact zone between granitic rocks and marbles of Ordovician Silurian Tanjianshan Group and Carboniferous Tiaosu Group. With the continuous mining of M1 ore block in Niukutou mining area in recent years, the resource reserve of this ore block has gradually become insufficient. The next key work of this deposit is to make progress in prospecting at the deep edge of M1 ore block. In order to find effective geochemical prospecting indicators, through the analysis of the ore-forming geological background of Niukutou lead-zinc doposit and the collection of borehole data, the ore bearing grade, borehole ore body thickness and borehole mineralization intensity of 154 boreholes in 17 exploration lines of M1 ore block were extracted, and the contour map of thickness and element mineralization intensity was formed by using Surfer. According to the geochemical characteristics of the deep part of the deposit, it is predicted that there is a deep edge prospecting prospect in the northwest direction of the M1 ore block. Based on the geological characteristics of this ore block and combined with the geochemical metallogenic prediction, several verification boreholes were arranged, which achieved good prospecting results and effectively revealed the extension of the ore body. The study shows that the deep borehole geochemical prospecting method has certain guiding significance for the deep edge prospecting and exploration of Niukutou lead-zinc deposit.
