地质遗迹景观价值保护研究背景下的地质文化村建设——以天津市蓟州区常州村为例

      地质遗迹资源是典型的自然资源，具有重要的地质科学意义，因而拥有非常高的保护价值。常州村处于世界著名地层剖面“蓟县剖面”起点处，常州沟组地层命名地，位于天津蓟县中上元古界自然保护区的核 心区，地质遗迹有 3大类、7类和 11亚类共计 31处，其中省级以上 4处。本文以天津市蓟州区常州村为例， 基于村内丰富多样的地质遗迹资源和社会人文资源特征，将其规划建设为一个以地质遗迹资源为特色的地质文化村，利用地质资源优势推动经济发展，实现乡村振兴的先行示范。基于常州村的建设经验，通过资源整合分析，发挥区域联动，提出建设地质文化村建设路径，实现可持续发展，提升常州村形象和知名度，持续推动常州村及周边村落经济发展。

      Geological relic resources are typical natural resources with important geological scientific signifi-cance, so they have very high protection value. Changzhou village is located at the starting point of the world-famous stratigraphic section "Jixian section", the naming place of Changzhou Gou Formation, and lies within thecore zone of the Tianjin Jixian Meso-Neoproterozoic National Nature Reserve. There are 31 geological relics in 3categories, 7 categories and 11 subtypes, including 4 at or above the provincial level. Taking Changzhou Village inJizhou District, Tianjin, as an example, based on the rich and diverse geological heritage resources and social andcultural resources in the village, this paper plans to build it into a geological and cultural village with geological heri-tage resources as its characteristics, which will promote economic development and achieve the first demonstrationof Rural Revitalization by using the advantages of geological resources. Based on the construction experience ofChangzhou village, through the analysis of resource integration and regional linkage, the construction path of geologi-cal and cultural village is proposed to achieve sustainable development, improve the image and popularity of Chang-zhou village, and continue to promote the economic development of Changzhou village and surrounding villages.
