      本文以天津市蓟州区 4个典型露天矿山为例,分别为建筑用白云岩的蓟州区大兴峪北矿区和东后子峪矿区、建筑用花岗岩的蓟州区盘山正门道路东侧矿区、水泥用灰岩的蓟州区铁岭子矿区,利用无人机进行航拍,获取 2022年 5—7月和 8—11月矿山 2期高分辨率遥感影像,查明矿山生态修复进展情况。采用层次分析-模糊综合评价方法对矿山生态修复效应进行综合评价,选取了地形地质条件、土壤物理指标、土壤化学性状、土壤重金属性状、植被恢复性状、景观恢复特性 6类评价二级指标和 28项具体指标,构建了三级评价指标体系。运用模糊数学理论构造隶属度函数,利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,实现了对矿山生态修复效应综合评价。研究结果表明,蓟州区大兴峪北建筑用白云岩矿区最好,其次为蓟州区东后子峪建筑用白云岩矿区和蓟州区铁岭子水泥用灰岩矿区,最后为蓟州区盘山道路东侧建筑用花岗岩矿区,评价结果与实际情况较为吻合,该研究可为矿山生态修复治理工作提供技术支撑和决策依据。

      In this paper, four typical open-pit mines in Jizhou District of Tianjin are taken as examples,namely the Daxingyubei Mining Area and the Donghouziyu Mining Area of Jizhou District, the construction granitemining area on the east side of Panshan scenic entrance Road in Jizhou District, and the Tielingzi Mining Area of Ji-zhou District, a limestone mine for cement. Aerial photography was carried out by drones to obtain high-resolution remote sensing images of the second phase of the mine from May to July and August to November 2022 to find outthe progress of mine ecological restoration. The analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodwas used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of mine ecological restoration, and six types of secondary evaluationindexes and 28 specific indicators were selected, including topographic and geological conditions, soil physical indi-cators, soil chemical properties, soil heavy metal properties, vegetation restoration properties, and landscape restora-tion characteristics, and a three-level evaluation index system was constructed. The fuzzy mathematical theory wasused to construct the membership degree function, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine theweight of each index, so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological restoration effect of the mine.The results show that the Daxingyubei building dolomite mining area in Jizhou District is the best, followed by theDonghouziyu construction dolomite mining area in Jizhou District, the Tielingzi cement limestone mining area in Ji-zhou District, and finally the granite mining area for construction on the east side of Panshan Road in Jizhou Dis-trict. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation, and this study can provide technical support anddecision-making basis for mine ecological restoration and governance.
