由于触探施工装备能力限制,天津地区静力触探孔深度一般小于 30 m,采用静探数据一般用于估算桩长相对较短的预制桩的承载力,鲜有用静探数据估算钻孔灌注桩承载力的。本研究采用研发引进的超深静 探设备,在天津平原地区触探深度可达到 50~70 m,以此为依托探索深部土层采用静探指标估算钻孔灌 注桩单桩竖向极限承载力的计算公式。通过开展项目测试,收集整理数据资料,比较按现行规范中双桥 静力触探估算钻孔灌注桩单桩竖向极限承载力标准值公式计算总侧阻力值与静载试验分析确定的总侧 阻力值之间的偏差情况,试算拟合得到了更优的修正系数 βi计算公式,最终提出深部土层采用静探指标 数据估算钻孔灌注桩极限侧阻力的计算公式,并结合工程试验结果进行了验证。 |

Due to the limitations of static probing equipment, the depth of static cone penetration test (CPT)holes in Tianjin is usually less than 30 meters. CPT data are commonly used to estimate the bearing capacity ofshort prefabricated piles, and there are few instances of using to estimate the bearing capacity of bored piles. Thisstudy adopts a developed ultra-deep CPT equipment, with a probing depth of up to 50-70 meters in the plain area of Tianjin. Based on this, the calculation formula for estimating the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of bored pileusing CPT data in deep soil layers is explored in this research. By conducting project testing, collecting and organiz-ing data, and comparing the deviation between the total lateral resistance value calculated by the standard value for-mula for estimating the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of a single bored pile using the double bridge static pen-etration test in the current specifications and the total lateral resistance value determined by static load test analy-sis, a more optimal correction coefficient βi calculation formula was obtained through trial fitting. Finally, a calcula-tion formula for estimating the ultimate lateral resistance of bored pile using CPT data and indicators was proposedfor deep soil layers, and verified with engineering test results. |
